Never Fall Again is the first book in the highly anticipated Gossamer Falls series. Let me start with some honesty. Lynn is one of my closest friends and I read this months before release. I consider myself extremely fortunate in that. I don’t think I’m biased. She’s always been an excellent writer, since before we were friends.

So enough of the caveat. Landry and her young daughter have made a home in Gossamer Falls, escaping a difficult past, finally ready to set down roots, Landry hires former Marine Callum Shaw to build her a house. All Cal wants is to settle down, but he’s been burned and vows not to tangle with any woman carrying an excess of emotional baggage. That is until Landry’s pottery is attacked and events spiral.

Blackburn has assembled a cast of characters that make me yell “type faster” down the phone. I can hardly wait for books two and three. Never Fall Again has just the right mix of danger and romance with supporting cast members who warm the heart and make you care. Gossamer Falls is shaping up to be an outstanding series.
