The Heart of Bennet Hollow is sure to delight Jane Austen fans everywhere. This retelling involves William Drake, a wealthy businessman who wants to stay far away from entanglements as he secures a lucrative deal to buy a mine. But all hopes of a simple conclusion got out the window when he meets Lizbeth Bennet. All Lizbeth wants is to keep her impoverished family afloat and preserve their farm.

Unfortunately, some unconventional paperwork throws everything in to jeopardy. When Lizbeth’s father and William try to make sense of everything, hearts make matters more complex. Throw in several riotous sisters and the risk of betrayal and you’ll find a cracker of a story.

Highly recommend if you love historical romance – regardless of your love for Jane Austen. Either way, this story is a fun winner. Excessively diverting, as Jane might say.
