Pursuit of Justice by DiAnn Mills

Pursuit Justice is a rollercoaster ride through the tumbleweeds. Are you a fan of audiobooks? I love listening while out running, or on a long car journey. A really good one can help me to keep going an extra half mile. Twenty years as a radio newsreader I’m fussy about who’s doing the reading.

I owns a significant chunk of DiAnn Mills back catalog. Such fun to go back to the first of her series that I read and loved. However this time, I listened to the story instead.

Pursuit of Justice stars Special Agent Bella Jordan who ran away after her father sold her. She’s sent to investigate three murders, with the prime suspect the man she refused to marry.

The other main suspect, Carr Sullivan tries to clear his name, with his efforts hampered by his attraction to Bella and a shady past.

Can Bella overcome her preconceived ideas and learn to forgive, or will the thirst for the Spider Rock treasure cost more lives? This is a gripping story from start to finish as the bodies drop and the killer gets more cunning with every death.

Above all, if you’d like something to accompany you or for a real page turner, this is highly recommended.
