Holly and Nick Hate Christmas is a great Christmas story to kick off 2025. Holly loses her job at the start of the holiday season. To cheer her up, her brother sets her up with a colleague for their parents big Christmas party. They don’t know that Nick is hoping to buy the family farm and turn it into a camp for troubled teens,
Holly thinks Nick is faking interest in her and decides to smother him with festive spirit. Neither of them like the holiday. Holly’s birthday is overlooked and Nick’s parents used it for networking.
This is a novel of yes, hilarity, but also hope. The story allows Holly and Nick to work through their Christmas issues and rediscover the real reason we celebrate Christ’s birth. So, when you add in a crazy set of siblings and couple of family issues to resolve, this is a winner of a story. Definitely recommended.
